Located in the core of downtown Tukwila, this modern 7-story apartment building sits in the heart of the Tukwila Urban Center and transit oriented development area. The urban location offers residents convenient access to nearby restaurants, shopping mall and medical facilities. This project adapts a modern residential model infused with hospitality-style amenities such as a living lounge, wine bar, reading room and landscape courtyard. Contemporary exteriors with mainly glass facades at ground-level. Modern light-filled residential units with open layouts and expansive views.
