Merrill Gardens at Brentwood is a new two-story 123 unit building with studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units. The western portion of the building will contain a 17-unit secured memory care area for residents needing additional services. The design reflects the rural farmhouse aesthetic of Brentwood with vineyard style. The building has approximately 20,000 sf of resident amenity spaces. Pedestrian pathways around the building provide connections to various amenity spaces around the site.
