This renovation and addition project adds soul to a single-story 1950s home in the Broadview neighborhood. The current home will be expanded to include an enlarged master suite and a multipurpose family room that can be used for relaxing, socializing, and music lessons. This project will convert the small kitchen, dining, and living room into one large open-plan living space, as well as strengthen the house's connection to the outdoors with an expanded patio and open design. Seamless indoor-outdoor flow enhanced by sliding glass doors and generous windows in the open living space. A partially-enclosed patio with easy access to the interior entertaining spaces. A multipurpose family room with a cozy window seat and a secondary entry. New modern master suite with a walk-in closet and additional bathroom.
