Location: Redmond, WA

The adaptive reuse of a one story, 11,000 sf former strip mall into a vibrant, eating and drinking focused hub at the end of the Link Light Rail extension to Redmond, WA. The façade is being updated to create distinguished retail entries, color changes will bring contrast to an otherwise monochromatic composition. Additionally new, natural materials of wood, steel and glass will be converted into vibrant, active outdoor patio spaces filled with furnishings, fire pits, and trellis that promote outdoor dining and activity.
