Merrill Gardens at Rolling Hills Estates is making great progress! The metal framing is almost complete with metal framing and the roof will be installed in May. The structural concrete is complete and framing is on the home stretch. They’ve started taking deliveries of the window and exterior building finish materials. More to come! Stay tuned.

OUr team is making great progress at our project Merrill Gardens at Columbia, SC. Majority of our structural work is complete. The installation of windows and exterior brick are starting to take shape. Interior framing has started on the fourth floor and will allow for finishing from the top down.
