A huge welcome to our newest team member Ilse!

Ilse earned her Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Texas Tech University in El Paso, Texas in 2016, then an MBA at Seattle University in 2017. She's currently finishing her master's in architecture at the University of Washington. With a great interest in community building, her work has focused on community-centric design. Our NAHB winner Merrill Gardens at West Covina is under construction!

Located in the foothills of the San Gabriel mountains just east of downtown Los Angeles. Our project 2018 NAHB winner for On The Boards for the Best 55+ Assisted Living or Special Needs Community, Merrill Gardens at West Covina is almost complete with the concrete pour for the post tension deck. This community will have an expansive rooftop terrace and penthouse common area.
