Reacting to the need for mass transit.

This project responds to the need for multifamily housing in the rapidly developing city of Shoreline, Washington. Located directly beside a multitude of transit services including bike trails, a non-motorized bridge, and Sound Transit’s new 148th Station, the project developed its program to connect residents to mass transit, while also focusing its private and public spaces to create a vibrant pedestrian HUB with both private and public amenities that include roof decks, a fitness center, lounge, and retail with direct connections to the adjacent transit station.
