Merrill Gardens at Anthem Is Making Good Progress!

One unique feature of this project is that the color palette of the building is mostly derived from surrounding residential aesthetics. Beige stucco and tan stone veneer are used throughout the exterior to blend with the desert setting, while charcoal grey roofs are used to add a modern feel and contrast with surrounding neutral tones. This project is expected to be completed by the end of this year. Merrill Gardens Woodstock Is Getting Closer!

Merrill Gardens at Woodstock is on the home stretch... the decorative beam is nearly complete, deck cladding is going up quickly, and the landscape courtyards are taking form. Most of the exteriors have been completed and furniture have now installed in most of the common areas. Located right outside of Atlanta, the project is influenced by the regional plantation architectural style.
