Great Progress on our project Auburn Town Center Apartments

The Compass Construction team has been working safely on our project Auburn Town Center Apartments located in Auburn, Washington. Paint, hardie, and siding installation is almost complete at the southwest elevation, and brick installation is almost complete at the west elevation.

We are so proud to announce Urbal Architecture took home the Silver award for our project Merrill Gardens at Carolina park for the 2020 NAHB Best of 55+ Assisted Living or Special Needs Community!

Our project Alliance Residental Co. Marvelle at Southcenter is almost complete!

The finishing touches are happening on our project Alliance Residential Co. Marvelle at Southcenter. Unit interiors are finished and cleaned, units are nearing completion on all levels, and amenity spaces and counter tops are almost done. The building is expected to be completed in early 2020.
