Located across the street from the Everett Community College campus, Cedar Hall is a contemporary student apartment designed to offer the right balance of community and privacy. Cedar Hall has the ability to house 132 students, the building includes private studio, three- and four-bedroom units with communal living spaces, as well as a variety of indoor and outdoor common amenity spaces that promote student interaction. Cedar Hall boasts a light-filled and airy interior feel with large windows in resident's units. All apartments open into an interior open-air courtyard. A neutral palette of colors is merged with Corten steel and weathered wood to create a unique composition of artificial and natural.
