Functional expansion, modern update.
A renovation and addition will enhance the existing features and maximize functionality of a traditional home in the Denny-Blaine neighborhood of Seattle. The addition includes two new bedrooms, a relocated office (now with views to the lake views), and a new kids-only bathroom. A modern update throughout the house, with a new central skylight bringing light into the depths of the interior. Raised ceiling heights creating two new functional kids bedroom, adding a home office with a view.
