Grand living in open-concept spaces.

Location: Tacoma, Washington | Units: 12 | Total sf: 6,550

This project is a small specialized Memory Care building adjacent to an existing Assisted Living building. To create a comfortable and active space, this building is set around a grand common area with vaulted ceilings and lots of natural light. The building features a traditional exterior with a gable roof and three triangular dormers. There are stone veneer columns on both the interiors and exteriors. A bright airy interior feel with extensive floor-to-ceiling windows in common area.
