The site is zoned for high-density urban housing, yet must mitigate the delicate ecosystem of the adjacent Green River. The architectural concept creates two distinct faces to the building, an urban edge along Andover Parkway with a focus on the pedestrian scale and a soft edge along the riverfront with a reduction in massing and scale. Site design, building massing, and material selection further reinforce the concept.
