A 1,200-sf addition of a single family house in the Ravenna neighborhood, this project adds more kitchen space a dining room, family room, and 2 additional bedrooms. Floor-to-ceiling glass double doors opening on to the outdoor below-grade patio and a living space that features wood ceiling with exposed white beams and brick accents.
