Modern Light: Mid-Century Modern Reno in Spokane

We are currently designing a significant renovation to a mid-century modern home is Spokane, WA. This addition adds a new bedroom bath, an office, and both enlarges and transforms the kitchen, living, and dining area by pushing out the front of the house and raising the ceiling to create a better entertaining space.

Anthem Design Process

Merrill Gardens Anthem continues to move through the design approval process with Maricopa County and the PUD of Anthem. Here at the Urbal office we are continuing to develop the project on the inside and out.  Not only is the outside of the building looking fantastic the interior spaces are really something special. This project will be a great addition to the Anthem community
