Merrill Gardens at Ballard Breaks Ground

After lots of hard work here at Urbal Merrill Garden Ballard is finally under construction.  It is great to seeing the dirt being moved and we could not be more excited to have a project under construction a stone’s throw away right here is Seattle. It will be lots of fun to see this project go up over the next year.  Check back for more images as this project progresses. We are also working on a new fancy rendering that should be up soon!

Urbal Office Expansion | Day 1

Urbal office is undergoing a renovation, we needed more room!  We are very excited to get the ball rolling on our new space.  Check back for progress pictures.

Anthem Design Process

Merrill Gardens Anthem continues to move through the design approval process with Maricopa County and the PUD of Anthem. Here at the Urbal office we are continuing to develop the project on the inside and out.  Not only is the outside of the building looking fantastic the interior spaces are really something special. This project will be a great addition to the Anthem community
