An Inside Look for Burien Town Square Apartment

The tower crane of our apartment project in Burien Tower Square has been dismantled! WOOHOO! The construction team is working on installing brick and siding on north elevation this week. Cabinets and flooring have been installed on some of the levels. Check out this week’s site images for an inside look at our progress!

One of the unique features of this project is the overhanging roof with decorative cornice, which adds depth to the overall design. The construction crew was installing decorative brackets underneath the roof. A close-up of the decorative brackets. Dark bronze windows frames and fiber cement panels have been installed to the courtyard elevation.
